Spaghetti with Seafood and Ginkgo

焗海鮮白果意粉

材料

  • 意粉 180 克
  • 白果 50克
  • 鮮蝦仁 60 克
  • 魷魚圈 60 克
  • 5 隻
  • 洋蔥粒  5 湯匙
  • 青紅椒 少許
  • 蒜肉 (切片) 4粒
  • 白葡萄酒 3 茶匙

調味

  1. 番茄醬  3/4 量杯
  2. 淡忌廉 3/4 量杯
  3. 鹽 1 茶匙
  4. 雞粉或味精 1/2茶匙
  5. 伯馬森芝士茸 (Parmesan cheese,後落)  3 湯匙
  6. 莫扎里拉芝士 (Mozzarella cheese,後落) 3 湯匙

做法

  1. 將所有海鮮放沸水中灼熟,盛起過冷瀝乾。
  2. 白果燒油少許炒香蒜片和洋蔥粒,灒白葡萄酒加入調味料煮沸,傾下海鮮和白果拌勻備用。
  3. 將預先煮熟之意粉放焗盤中,鋪上煮好之海鮮料,最後撒上芝士碎,即可放入焗爐中,以200℃ 焗 8 分鐘至表面金黃即成。

 Ingredients
  • 180g Spaghetti
  • 50g Ginkgo
  • 60g Prawn meat
  • 60g Squid rings
  • 5 Mussels
  • 5 Tbsp Chopped onion
  • a dash Red and Green pepper
  • 4 sliced Garlic cloves
  • 3 tsp White wine

Seasoning

  • 3/4 cup Tomato puree
  • 3/4 cup Cream
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Chicken powder or Monosodium glutamate
  • 3 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 Tbsp Grated Mozzarella Cheese

Method

  1. Cook the seafood in boiling water. Rinse with cold water and drain.
  2. Heat oil in a saucepan. Fry the garlic slices and chopped onion. Add the white wine and seasonings and bring to a boil. Stir in the seafood and Ginkgo. Reserve.
  3. Place the cooked spaghetti in a baking dish. Pour in the seafood. Sprinkle with the grated cheese. Preheat the oven to 200oC and bake for 8 minutes
